Holly & Brian’s Coronado Island Wedding

In continuing to get you all caught up on the latest events at LBSP… I would like to reintroduce you to Holly & Brian (You will remember them from their Winden Sea Beach in La Jolla and a sneak preview of their wedding a few weeks back.)

Welcome to their wedding day images… What a great day! It seems like the time between their Engagement Session and wedding day just flew by.  Their wedding ceremony was held on the beach at the Naval Base in North Coronado right across the street from where the reception was held at the Island Club. They looked so fantastic with the wedding party dresses in various shades of blue. Holly & Brian reminded me of  Veronica Lake & Errol Flynn (without the mustache of course). Enjoy!

And a special kudos to the 3 hot grandmas at this wedding!  You ladies rocked it – and not to leave grandpa out – he busted some moves on the dance floor … that’s right … I saw you!

Stephanie & Jason’s Wedding

Ok Ok – I know … I have been lame about posting some recent weddings & events … shame on me. Even my mom has this out.  I assure you I have been very busy-  getting caught up on all the edits, albums designs, traveling and christmas shopping. No excuse! I have so much to share and it’s time I start to bring you all up to speed.  So lets begin with Stephanie & Jason’s wedding day…

Stephanie & Jason!  Wow what a beautiful couple & such a sweet intimate wedding at the Hilton Garden Inn. Many of their friends and family flew in from across the country to be a part of this special day.  So let me share a few of my favorite images. Although I could have edited down more – but you have waited so long……

Ok so I do have to comment on that crazy flip Jason pulled off with his sister-in-law. I barely caught it, because it happened so fast. She stuck the landing by the way. It was crazy!   So rah-rah sis boom bah Jason!   < inside joke  J & S know what I’m talking about >

Kelly & Scott’s Wedding in Malibu, CA

Hi – I know it’s been awhile since I was here… but I have been busy and would like to share with you a wedding I photographed with my best of friends, Sean Schofield.  We braved the traffic and smog to drive up to LA for Kelly & Scott’s wedding.  Totally worth it! as you can see ….

Calamigos Ranch in Malibu: Jennifer & Jeremy’s Wedding Day 9/26/09

Jen & Jeremy – met on eharmony.com believe it or not! And what a great match!  This year went by so fast because it feels like just  yesterday that I met with them for their Engagement Session in La Jolla.  And here we are past their wedding day already.  This was  a beautiful wedding at the Calamigos Ranch in Malibu, CA.  There were so many tears of joy from Jen. She looked fantastic! And just look at that smile on Jeremy’s face.  I wish these two a beautiful future together!  Check out some of my favorites from throughout the day.

Ashley & Jason’s La Jolla Cliffs Wedding 10/10/09

Ashley and J were married along the cliffs of La Jolla on October 10th.  It was a chilly day but their friends and family were so excited to witness this union. And what a beautiful couple!  I was so happy to be a part of this celebration.

And Jacquelyn from San Diego Destination Weddings did another great job!

Fall in Philadelphia Between the Raindrops

Some things never change – including Philadelphia in the fall.  Everyone was bundled in their latest scarves and trendy boots hustling to the next designer shop or restaurant.  It was great to be in my old neighborhood!  I only had a few hours downtown last Sunday – did some shopping, bought a fantastic pair of pink shoes! for the upcoming group art show on December 5th. And then we met up with my brother, Adam & his girlfriend, Dena at a little whiskey bar a few blocks from Rittenhouse Square for some fantastic appetizers and pulled pork sandwiches – yum I am hungry just thinking about them.  I snapped a few images along the way & thought I would share some with all of you.  I hope to get back again in December – no rain please!

Fall Colors in Pennsylvania

Nothing like a trip back to PA to enjoy a visit with family, old friends, my four-legged pals, fall leaves – and rain!  But there were a few days of sun, so I snuck in some time for a walk through the fall leaves & a trip to my old stomping grounds in center city Philly .

It was great to see everyone! I can’t wait until the holidays to catch up with some more of my old friends and see my family again!  Road trip with my dad this time! So stay tuned!

Still Green in San Diego

Although the light has changed and it definitely feels like fall there is still green in San Diego.   Last week was a full week but I took a few moments to spend some time outside with my dogs and watch the busy little critters getting ready for the winter.   Thought I would share.
